Bob advises TBillick Law clients on U.S. and international patent applications, patent portfolio management, and dispute resolutions before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”). He has counseled corporations in the management of multi-million dollar patent portfolios. Bob has filed and prosecuted patent applications in a wide range of technologies including (but not limited to):
Chemical: self-assembling peptides, spectrometers, rubber products, gas sensors, fuel cells, industrial lubricants, wastewater treatment materials, polymer additives, corrosion inhibitors;
Electrical: mobile communication technology, controllers for automotive assembly equipment, gas furnace controllers, business methods, electric connectors, optical devices, audio components, secure authentication devices;
Medical: neural stimulators, spinal implants, aneurysm detectors, lancet devices;
Software: health care administrative software;
Mechanical: numerous automotive and recreational vehicle components, packaging industry tooling, rotor balancing equipment, skate blade sharpeners; a wave to energy conversion device; backpacks and helmets, and compressors.
Bob spends a lot of his time counseling clients in Singapore and splits his time between Singapore and the United States.
